Excellent customer service and pricing I cannot praise LightTrends.com, especially Emerson enough. I bought 3 chandeliers in May, but I didn't open those boxes until Oct at the end of my house remolding. I found a couple of missing parts and I broke one part myself. As we understand that the time frame for reporting the problems passed a few months ago, but Emerson fought with the manufacturer on my behalf hard. He got all of the replacements free of charge for me, including the one that I broke. On top of it, he paid for the shipping himself. Emerson worked very hard. He was always prompt and professional whenever I contacted him, from the very beginning when I was shopping, when I reported him my problems and until my problems were solved. He cares for his customers. Did I mention his pricing was great? Yes, you can count on his offers. The pricing offered by LightTrends is more than reasonable. Is there any better customer service that we could ever ask for? I am happy to recommend this company to everybody.
